Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4026","heading":"Repossession by mortgagee - Liability for delinquent","body":"registration.\n\nAt any time that a mortgagee repossesses a vessel or motor on\n\nwhich the registration has become delinquent as of the date of such\n\nrepossession, the mortgagee shall not be required, as a condition\n\nfor registration of said vessel or motor to pay any of the penalties\n\nwhich had accrued as of the date of such repossession otherwise\n\nprescribed in the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act.\n\nProvided that said penaltiesshall not be waived unless such vessel\n\nor motor is registered by the mortgagee within five (5) days after\n\nit is repossessed.
