If Service Oklahoma shall determine at any time that an\n\napplicant for a certificate of title of or registration for a vessel\n\nor motor is not entitled thereto, it may refuse to issue such\n\ncertificate or to register such vessel or motor. Service Oklahoma\n\nmay for a similar reason, after ten (10) calendar days' notice and a\n\nhearing, revoke the certificate of title and registration already\n\nacquired. Said notice may be served in person or by registered\n\nmail.\n\nB. In addition, in every case where a vessel or motor has been\n\ntitled or registered upon an application containing any false\n\nstatement of a fact required in this section to be shown in an\n\napplication for the title or registration thereof, Service Oklahoma\n\nshall give written notice of at least ten (10) calendar days to the\n\nowner of the vessel or motor and shall require the owner to appear\n\nbefore it for the purpose of showing cause why said title or\n\nregistration should not be canceled. Unless satisfactory\n\nexplanation is given by the owner concerning such false statement,\n\nService Oklahoma shall cancel the title or registration. The owner\n\nof the vessel or motor shall then be required to immediately retitle\n\nor reregister the vessel or motor and pay the required fees. The\n\nowner shall not be entitled to refund or credit for the fees paid\n\nfor titling and registration of the vessel or motor made under the\n\napplication which contained any false statement of fact.\n\nC.
