The following are the subjects that shall be covered by a\n\ndealer agreement:\n\n1. Length of term of dealer agreement;\n\n2. Performance and marketing standards;\n\n3. Notice provisions relative to termination, cancellation, or\n\nnonrenewal of a dealer agreement;\n\n4. The parties' respective obligations relative to preparation\n\nand delivery of the product and warranty service;\n\n5. The parties' respective obligations upon termination,\n\ncancellation, or nonrenewal of the dealer agreement relative to the\n\ndisposal of inventory and equipment, furnishings, special tools, and\n\nsigns required by the manufacturer or distributor and acquired\n\nwithin the two (2) years last preceding such termination,\n\ncancellation, or nonrenewal; and\n\n6. Process and procedure for the resolution of disputes between\n\nthe parties.\n\nB. 1. No manufacturer shall enter into a dealer agreement with\n\na dealer for the same product line regardless of brand name within a\n\nfifteen (15) mile radius of an existing dealer of the same product\n\nline regardless of brand name, provided any dealer agreements in\n\nexistence on June 3, 1989, may be extended or re-issued.\n\n2.
