Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4037.2","heading":"Good cause for not relocating additional dealership for","body":"same product line - Circumstances considered.\n\nIn determining whether good cause has been established for not\n\nentering into or relocating an additional dealership for the same\n\nproduct line, Service Oklahoma shall take into consideration the\n\nexisting circumstances, including, but not limited to:\n\n1. Permanency of the investment of the proposed dealership;\n\n2. Effect on the retail new vessel or new motor business and\n\nthe consuming public in the relevant market area;\n\n3. Whether it is injurious to the public welfare for an\n\nadditional new vessel or new motor dealership to be established;\n\n4. Whether the new vessel or new motor dealers of the same\n\nline-make in that relevant market area are providing adequate\n\ncompetition and convenient consumer care for the new vessel or new\n\nmotor and service facilities, equipment, supply of new vessel or new\n\nmotor parts, and qualified service personnel; and\n\n5.
