Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4042","heading":"Denial, suspension or revocation of license - Hearing -","body":"Notice - Production of documents - Subpoena - Witnesses.\n\nService Oklahoma may deny any application for license, or\n\nsuspend or revoke a license issued or impose a fine, only after a\n\nhearing of which the applicant, or licensee affected, shall be given\n\nat least ten (10) days' written notice specifying the reason for\n\ndenying the applicant a license, or, in the case of a revocation or\n\nsuspension or imposition of a fine, the offenses of which the\n\nlicensee is charged. Such notices may be served as provided by law\n\nfor the service of notices, or by mailing a copy by registered mail\n\nto the last-known residence or business address of such applicant or\n\nlicensee. The hearing on such charges shall be at such time and\n\nplace as Service Oklahoma may prescribe and the aforementioned\n\nnotice shall further specify the time and place. Service Oklahoma\n\nshall have the power to compel the production of all records, papers\n\nand other documents which may be deemed relevant to the proceeding\n\nbearing upon the complaints. Service Oklahoma shall have the power\n\nto subpoena and bring before it any person, or take testimony of any\n\nsuch person by deposition, with the same fees and mileage and in the\n\nsame manner as prescribed in proceedings before courts of the state\n\nin civil cases.
