Service Oklahoma is hereby granted authority and\n\njurisdiction to administer the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Excise Tax\n\nAct, and Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to promulgate, adopt,\n\nand enforce all necessary rules and regulations and to prescribe all\n\nforms which it deems necessary to carry the Oklahoma Vessel and\n\nMotor Excise Tax Act into effect and to enforce the provisions\n\nthereof.\n\nB.
