Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4202","heading":"Administration and enforcement of act - Promulgation of","body":"rules - Forms.\n\nThe Department of Public Safety is hereby granted authority and\n\njurisdiction to administer and enforce all provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act, Section 4201 et seq. of this\n\ntitle, and the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act, Section\n\n4002 et seq. of this title.
