The provisions of the Oklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act\n\nshall apply to the waters of this state under the jurisdiction of\n\nthe Grand River Dam Authority, provided, the Department of Public\n\nSafety may have jurisdiction to administer and enforce the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act upon waters\n\nof this state under the jurisdiction of the Grand River Dam\n\nAuthority. The administration and enforcement of the Oklahoma\n\nBoating Safety Regulation Act upon the waters under the jurisdiction\n\nof the Grand River Dam Authority are vested in the Grand River Dam\n\nAuthority. Said Authority, and its employees, shall, except as\n\notherwise provided in this section, have the same authority with\n\nrespect to the enforcement and administration of the Oklahoma\n\nBoating Safety Regulation Act upon such waters as are vested by the\n\nOklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act in Service Oklahoma with\n\nrespect to the other waters of this state.\n\nB. The Authority may be designated by Service Oklahoma as a\n\nlicensed operator to award numbers and issue certificates of title\n\nand registration for vessels and motors in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act and\n\nwith any rules and regulations of Service Oklahoma either from\n\nblocks of numbers and certificates assigned to said Authority by\n\nService Oklahoma or such other method as shall be prescribed by\n\nService Oklahoma. The Authority shall remit all fees collected by\n\nit pursuant to this section to Service Oklahoma to be apportioned\n\nand deposited in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nVessel and Motor Registration Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"748527da77610718d60b36216f9b224fd12b917de3d0c15b58aa59c337ddec94","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-4202.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-4205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
