The operator of a vessel less than twenty-six (26) feet\n\nin length, while under way, shall require each passenger who is\n\ntwelve (12) years of age or younger to wear a personal flotation\n\ndevice.\n\n2. Any person operating or manipulating, or who is a passenger\n\non a personal watercraft, water skis, a sailboard or a similar\n\ndevice shall wear a personal flotation device approved and designed\n\nfor the activity in which the person is engaged.\n\nB. Each personal flotation device shall be in good and\n\nserviceable condition, of the type prescribed by the United States\n\nCoast Guard and of a size suitable to the person who is or will be\n\nwearing it.
