Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4217.3","heading":"Abandoned vessels – Regaining possession","body":"The owner of a vessel or lienholder of the vessel abandoned in\n\nviolation of Section 4217 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nthe owner of any vessel or lienholder of the vessel or insurer of a\n\nvessel when the insurer has purchased the vessel as a total loss\n\nvessel from the registered owner which shall have been lawfully\n\nremoved from any waters of this state or other public property may\n\nregain possession of the vessel in accordance with rules of the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety upon payment of the reasonable cost of\n\nremoval and storage of the vessel. The cost of removal and storage\n\nshall be paid to the wrecker or towing service.
