Except as otherwise provided by the provisions of this\n\nsection, any person violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Boating\n\nSafety Regulation Act for which another penalty is not provided,\n\nupon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall\n\nbe subject to a fine not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each\n\nsuch violation.\n\nB. Any person who violates Section 4213 of this title for which\n\nanother penalty is not provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less\n\nthan Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and not more than One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00).\n\nC.
