Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4236","heading":"Boating Safety Education Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Public Safety to be designated the \"Boating\n\nSafety Education Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of fine monies\n\ncollected pursuant to Section 4235 of this title and any monies\n\ncontributed to the fund from any other source. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and shall be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Department for the exclusive purposes\n\nof establishing and maintaining a boating safety education program\n\nthroughout the State of Oklahoma.
