A marijuana transportation license will be issued to\n\nqualifying applicants for a marijuana retail, growing, or processing\n\nlicense. The transportation license will be issued at the time of\n\napproval of a retail, growing, or processing license.\n\nB. A transportation license will allow the holder to transport\n\nmarijuana from an Oklahoma licensed medical marijuana retailer,\n\nlicensed growing facility, or licensed processor facility to an\n\nOklahoma licensed medical marijuana retailer, licensed growing\n\nfacility, or licensed processing facility.\n\nC. All marijuana or marijuana products shall be transported in\n\na locked container and clearly labeled \"Medical Marijuana or\n\nDerivative\".\n\nAdded by Section 5, State Question No. 788, Initiative Petition No.\n\n412, adopted at election held June 26, 2018, eff.
