The caregiver license shall provide the caregiver the same\n\nrights as the medical marijuana patient licensee including the\n\nability to possess marijuana, marijuana products, and mature and\n\nimmature plants pursuant to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and\n\nPatient Protection Act, but excluding the ability to use marijuana\n\nor marijuana products unless the caregiver has a medical marijuana\n\npatient license. Caregivers shall be authorized to deliver\n\nmarijuana and products to their authorized patients. Caregivers\n\nshall be authorized to possess medical marijuana and medical\n\nmarijuana products up to the sum of the possession limits for the\n\npatients under his or her care pursuant to the Oklahoma Medical\n\nMarijuana and Patient Protection Act.\n\nB. An individual caregiver shall be limited to exercising the\n\nmarijuana cultivation rights of no more than five licensed patients\n\nas prescribed by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient\n\nProtection Act.\n\nC. The license of a caregiver shall not extend beyond the\n\nexpiration date of the underlying patient license regardless of the\n\nissue date.\n\nD. A medical marijuana patient license holder may request, at\n\nany time, to withdraw the license of his or her caregiver.
