All medical marijuana grown by medical marijuana patient\n\nlicense holders or caregivers may only be grown on real property\n\nowned by the patient license holder or on real property for which\n\nthe patient license holder has the property owner's written\n\npermission to grow marijuana on the property.\n\nB. All medical marijuana plants grown by a patient or caregiver\n\nshall be grown so that the marijuana is not accessible to a member\n\nof the general public. No marijuana plants shall be visible from\n\nany street adjacent to the property. For purposes of this section,\n\n\"visible\" means viewable by a normal person with 20/20 eyesight\n\nwithout the use of any device to assist in improving viewing\n\ndistance or vantage point.\n\nC.
