A medical marijuana business shall not engage in advertising\n\nthat is deceptive, false or misleading.\n\nB. Medical marijuana advertising shall not contain any\n\nstatement or illustration that:\n\n1. Promotes overconsumption;\n\n2. Represents that the use of marijuana has curative or\n\ntherapeutic effects; or\n\n3. Depicts a child or other person under legal age to consume\n\nmarijuana, or includes:\n\na. objects such as toys or cartoon or other characters,\n\nwhich suggest the presence of a child, or any other\n\ndepiction designed in any manner to be especially\n\nappealing to children or other persons under legal age\n\nto consume marijuana, or\n\nb. any manner or design that would be especially\n\nappealing to children or other persons under eighteen\n\n(18) years of age.\n\nC. Upon the effective date of this act, all medical marijuana\n\ncommercial grower licensees shall be required to post signage at the\n\nsite of the commercial grow operation. Signage shall be located at\n\nthe perimeter of the property with dimensions measuring no less than\n\neighteen (18) inches by twenty-four (24) inches with a font size of\n\nno less than two (2) inches. Information required to be displayed\n\non the sign shall be in black standardized font on a white\n\nbackground. The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority shall\n\npromulgate rules as necessary regarding the size, placement,\n\nissuance and specifications of the required signage. The following\n\ninformation shall be included on the required signage:\n\n1. Business name;\n\n2. Physical address of the licensed business;\n\n3. Phone number of the licensed business; and\n\n4. Medical marijuana business license number.\n\nThe required signage shall also comply with county regulations\n\nand local ordinances related to the real property where the\n\ncommercial grow operation is located. Failure to erect the proper\n\nsignage within sixty (60) days after the renewal of each application\n\nfor a medical marijuana commercial grower license in accordance with\n\nthe provisions of this subsection shall result in the immediate\n\nrevocation of the medical marijuana commercial grower license.
