All medical marijuana patient and caregiver records and\n\ninformation including, but not limited to, any application or\n\nrenewal and supporting information submitted by a qualifying patient\n\nor designated caregiver under the provisions of the Oklahoma Medical\n\nMarijuana and Patient Protection Act and information regarding the\n\nphysician of the qualifying patient shall be considered confidential\n\nmedical records that are exempt from the Oklahoma Open Records Act.\n\nB. The dispensary records with patient information shall be\n\ntreated as confidential records that are exempt from the Oklahoma\n\nOpen Records Act.\n\nC. All financial information provided by an applicant or a\n\nlicensee in an application to the Authority shall be treated as\n\nconfidential records that are exempt from the Oklahoma Open Records\n\nAct.\n\nD. All information provided by an applicant or a licensee that\n\nconstitutes private business information shall be treated as\n\nconfidential records that are exempt from the Oklahoma Open Records\n\nAct.\n\nE. As used in this section, \"private business information\"\n\nmeans information that, if disclosed, would give advantage to\n\ncompetitors or bidders including, but not limited to, information\n\nrelated to the planning, site location, operations, strategy or\n\nproduct development and marketing of an applicant, unless approval\n\nfor release of those records is granted by the business.\n\nF. All monthly report, inventory tracking and seed-to-sale\n\ninformation, data and records submitted to the Authority shall be\n\ntreated as confidential records and are exempt from the Oklahoma\n\nOpen Records Act.\n\nG.
