Stat. tit. 63, § 63-427.3a","heading":"County Sheriff Public Safety Grant Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority to be designated the\n\n\"County Sheriff Public Safety Grant Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Medical\n\nMarijuana Authority that are appropriated or apportioned to this\n\nfund, and any federal funds, grants, and donations from any public\n\nor private source for the purpose of supporting county sheriffs.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nMedical Marijuana Authority for the purpose of establishing programs\n\nand providing funding to support county sheriffs to enforce the\n\nrequirements of state law with respect to the commercial growth of\n\nmedical marijuana or other related business activity for which a\n\nlicense is required pursuant to the provisions of law governing the\n\nproduction, cultivation, transportation, distribution, sale, or\n\nother actions related to medical marijuana.
