The fund shall be used by the\n\nAuthority to supply its agents with money for undercover operations,\n\nto perform statutory requirements, and to obtain evidence for case\n\npresentations. The amount of the petty cash fund shall be\n\ndetermined by the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services and the Executive Director of the Oklahoma\n\nMedical Marijuana Authority.
