Stat. tit. 63, § 63-427.5","heading":"Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority to be designated the “Oklahoma\n\nMedical Marijuana Authority Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Authority from fees and fines collected\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection\n\nAct.
