Stat. tit. 63, § 63-427.5a","heading":"Medical Marijuana Tax Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority to be designated the “Medical\n\nMarijuana Tax Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the Authority from tax proceeds collected pursuant to\n\nSection 426 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
