The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority may contact the\n\nrecommending physician of an applicant for a medical marijuana\n\npatient license or current holder of a medical marijuana patient\n\nlicense to verify the need of the applicant or licensee for the\n\nlicense and the information submitted with the application.\n\nB. An applicant for a medical marijuana patient license who can\n\ndemonstrate his or her status as a one-hundred-percent-disabled\n\nveteran as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and\n\ncodified at 38 C.F.R., Section 3.340(a)(2013) shall pay a reduced\n\nbiannual application fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00). The methods of\n\npayment, as determined by the Authority, shall be provided on the\n\nwebsite. However, the Authority shall ensure that all applicants\n\nhave an option to submit the license application and payment by\n\nmeans other than solely by submission of the application and fee\n\nonline.\n\nC.
