Stat. tit. 63, § 63-428.1v2","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Waste Management Act:\n\n1. \"Authority\" shall mean the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana\n\nAuthority, or successor agency;\n\n2. \"Commercial licensee\" shall mean any person or entity issued\n\na license by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, or successor\n\nagency, to conduct commercial business in this state;\n\n3. \"Disposal\" shall mean the disposition of medical marijuana\n\nwaste by a process which renders the waste unusable and\n\nunrecognizable through physical destruction or a recycling process;\n\n4. \"Facility\" shall mean the licensed or permitted premises\n\nwhere the disposal of medical marijuana waste takes place by a\n\nlicensee;\n\n5. \"License\" shall mean a medical marijuana waste disposal\n\nlicense;\n\n6. \"Licensee\" shall mean the holder of a medical marijuana\n\nwaste disposal license;\n\n7. \"Medical marijuana waste\" shall mean:\n\na. unused, surplus, returned or out-of-date marijuana and\n\nplant debris of the plant of the genus Cannabis\n\nincluding dead plants and all unused plant parts,\n\nexcept the term shall not include seeds, roots, stems,\n\nstalks and fan leaves, and\n\nb. all product which is deemed to fail laboratory testing\n\nand cannot be remediated or decontaminated; and\n\n8. \"Medical marijuana waste disposal license\" shall mean a\n\nlicense issued by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, or\n\nsuccessor agency.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5a69c4f52dff319f1f19d95cdb81b67c6b799b31f6a06b4ae9b040121bc66c0b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-428.1v1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-429"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
