Stat. tit. 63, § 63-431.1","heading":"Sales of medical marijuana products from licensed","body":"processors and commercial growers to licensed dispensaries to be in\n\npre-packaged form.\n\nA. Beginning June 1, 2025, all medical marijuana flower, trim,\n\nshake, kief, noninfused pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, or other\n\nflower-based product not defined as a concentrate shall be sold by\n\nlicensed medical marijuana processors and licensed medical marijuana\n\ncommercial growers to licensed medical marijuana dispensaries only\n\nin pre-packaged form in package sizes weighing not less than one-\n\nhalf (1/2) of one (1) gram to not more than three (3) ounces.\n\nLicensed medical marijuana dispensaries shall have until November 1,\n\n2025, to sell or waste all current inventory that is not in pre-\n\npackaged form pursuant to this section. The Oklahoma Medical\n\nMarijuana Authority shall be authorized to promulgate rules\n\nregarding the pre-packaging of medical marijuana products as\n\nprovided for in the provisions of this section.\n\nB. Nonopaque materials may be used when packaging medical\n\nmarijuana flower, provided all other packaging and labeling\n\nrequirements for medical marijuana products sold in this state are\n\nmet and it is placed in an opaque container before leaving a\n\nlicensed medical marijuana dispensary.\n\nC. The display and smelling of medical marijuana shall be\n\nallowed pursuant to Section 421 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nD. The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority shall promulgate\n\nrules necessary to allow for products to be returned to the licensed\n\nmedical marijuana dispensary when found defective or hazardous to\n\nthe health of the patient. The Authority shall further promulgate\n\nrules necessary to allow for the return of all medical marijuana and\n\nmedical marijuana products from a licensed medical marijuana\n\ndispensary to a licensed medical marijuana processor or licensed\n\nmedical marijuana commercial grower, from a licensed medical\n\nmarijuana processor to a licensed medical marijuana commercial\n\ngrower, or from any other licensed entity that transferred medical\n\nmarijuana products to another licensed entity.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"27abaadd6114c8c63b3edcce7ca7b7e4ad612135be9a2aa26b92cc0ce46fae82","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-430","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-465.20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
