McCarty Center for Children with Developmental","body":"Disabilities Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Cerebral Palsy Commission to be designated the\n\n\"J.D. McCarty Center for Children with Developmental Disabilities\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of all monies received by\n\nthe Commission pursuant to statutory authority, but not including\n\nappropriated funds, gifts and bequests. The revolving fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall\n\nbe under the control and management of the administrative\n\nauthorities of the Commission. Expenditures from the fund shall be\n\nmade pursuant to the laws of the state and the statutes relating to\n\nthe Commission and may include up to Twenty-five Thousand Dollars\n\n($25,000.00) in expenditures for capital improvements within a\n\nsingle fiscal year or as otherwise provided by the Legislature.\n\nWarrants for expenditures from the fund shall be drawn by the State\n\nTreasurer, based on claims signed by an authorized employee or\n\nemployees of the Commission and approved for payment by the Director\n\nof the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c83376c65b89a0c4c90d8e534197303139638520a96acedc7623502416b9a827","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-485.10","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-485.12"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
