Stat. tit. 63, § 63-485.4","heading":"Oklahoma Cerebral Palsy Commission - Gifts and bequests","body":"\n\nThe Oklahoma Cerebral Palsy Commission is authorized to accept\n\nand receive gifts and bequests of money and property, both real and\n\npersonal, which may be tendered by will or gift, conditionally or\n\nunconditionally, for the use of the Commission in the exercise of\n\nits powers and duties described in this act. The Commission shall\n\nadminister the property or funds in the manner consistent with the\n\nterms of the gift and provisions of law.
