Stat. tit. 63, § 63-485.5","heading":"Members of Commission - Appointment - Term - Travel","body":"expenses.\n\nThe Oklahoma Cerebral Palsy Commission shall be composed of five\n\n(5) members who shall serve without compensation. The three members\n\nof the Commission serving on the Commission on June 30, 2004, shall\n\nserve the remainder of their respective terms. Beginning July 1,\n\n2004, the Governor of the State of Oklahoma shall appoint to the\n\nCommission two additional members who shall be chosen from a list of\n\nten persons submitted to the Governor by the Grande Voiture of\n\nOklahoma of La Societe des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux. One new\n\nmember shall be appointed for a two-year term and one new member for\n\na three-year term on the Commission. Thereafter, any member who\n\ntakes the place of a member whose term is expiring shall be\n\nappointed to a three-year term in the same manner and from a list to\n\nbe submitted as provided in this section for the original Commission\n\npursuant to this section.
