The members of the Oklahoma Cerebral Palsy Commission shall\n\nselect from among the members of the Commission a chair, a vice-\n\nchair, and a secretary, and organize itself for the purpose of\n\ncarrying out the provisions of Section 485.1 et seq. of this title.\n\nB. The Commission is hereby authorized in its discretion to\n\nemploy a director who shall employ and hire other persons as may be\n\nrequired in the estimation of the director and in accordance with\n\nfederal, state, and local laws to carry out the provisions of this\n\nact; provided that physical therapists, physical therapist\n\nassistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational\n\ntherapist aides, speech pathologists, and the Director of Nursing so\n\nemployed shall be unclassified and exempt from the provisions of the\n\nMerit System of Personnel Administration. Other positions may be\n\nunclassified as provided for in applicable federal, state, and local\n\nlaws.
