Stat. tit. 63, § 63-488.2","heading":"Funds","body":"The Governor of the State is hereby authorized to set aside from\n\nhis Emergency Contingency Fund such monies as he shall determine may\n\nbe used for such purpose without impairing said fund beyond the\n\namount deemed by him to be necessary as a reserve for possible\n\ncontingencies involving the primary purpose of said fund.
