The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, upon approval of the\n\nHealth Care Financing Administration, is directed to develop a\n\nresults-based funding pilot project for eligible persons who\n\nparticipate in the Oklahoma Medicaid program and who are currently\n\nreceiving outpatient behavioral health services, if funds become\n\navailable.\n\nB. As used in this section:\n\n1. “Results-based funding” means an approach which emphasizes\n\nperformance outcome measures, accountability of programmatic\n\nresults, program results showing cost efficiency and effectiveness\n\nfor the delivery of such program service, and consumer choice and\n\nsatisfaction; and\n\n2. \"Medicaid\" means the medical assistance program established\n\nin Title XIX of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A., Section 1396\n\net seq., and administered in this state by the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5c5d3a06d9514b9d632798441bc3b3f392f269541ac296b22c4f45ef7d5e943f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5000.24","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
