Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5005","heading":"Definitions","body":"For purposes of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Act:\n\n1. \"Administrator\" means the chief executive officer of the\n\nAuthority;\n\n2. \"Authority\" means the Oklahoma Health Care Authority;\n\n3. \"Board\" means the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board;\n\n4. \"Health services provider\" means health insurance carriers,\n\npre-paid health plans, hospitals, physicians and other health care\n\nprofessionals, and other entities who contract with the Authority\n\nfor the delivery of health care services to state and education\n\nemployees and persons covered by the state Medicaid program; and\n\n5. \"State-purchased health care\" or \"state-subsidized health\n\ncare\" means medical and health care, pharmaceuticals and medical\n\nequipment purchased with or supported by state and federal funds\n\nthrough the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, the Department of Mental\n\nHealth and Substance Abuse Services, the State Department of Health,\n\nthe Department of Human Services, the Department of Corrections, the\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs, other state agencies administering\n\nstate-purchased or state-subsidized health care programs, the\n\nOklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the State Board of\n\nEducation and local school districts.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"89911c04daaf677b76a5886838988ed175c6cdbe4f4de132aa43e576c35e4f16","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5004","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5006"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
