This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma\n\nMedicaid Accountability and Outcomes Act\".\n\nB. 1. Subject to the availability of funds, the Joint\n\nLegislative Oversight Committee for the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority shall enter into a contract for a study of the Oklahoma\n\nMedicaid Program. The contract shall be executed with an\n\norganization having nationally recognized expertise in the area of\n\nhealth care and health care service delivery.\n\n2. The study shall include the entire Oklahoma Medicaid\n\nProgram, including the Medicaid managed care programs and services\n\ndelivered pursuant to the Oklahoma Medicaid Program Reform Act of\n\n2003.\n\n3. The purpose of the study shall be to evaluate access to\n\ncare, health care outcomes, and the quality and cost of health care\n\nand related services delivered through the Oklahoma Medicaid\n\nProgram.\n\n4.
