Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5009.1","heading":"Oklahoma Health Care Authority - Acceptance of federal","body":"grants - Appropriations in advance.\n\nA. 1. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority may accept grants\n\nfrom the federal government of monies or services for the purpose of\n\naugmenting any assistance program or other program within the\n\njurisdiction of the Authority or to reimburse the state for any such\n\nassistance payments.\n\n2. The Authority shall comply with the requirements of any\n\nfederal agency governing the federal grants in any manner not\n\ninconsistent with the Constitution and laws of this state.\n\nB.
