The duties of the Advisory Task Force on SoonerCare shall\n\ninclude:\n\n1. Addressing methods of educating SoonerCare members regarding\n\naccess to and proper utilization of emergency medical services\n\nprovided by hospitals and other health care providers;\n\n2. Reviewing the eligibility determination process of the\n\nDepartment of Human Services to ensure accuracy on physician\n\nassignments and adequacy of education regarding availability of and\n\naccess to services;\n\n3. Reviewing issues related to notification of participants by\n\ncontracting providers as a condition of payment;\n\n4. Actively promoting equitable reimbursement rates for\n\nemergency room screening; and\n\n5. Addressing patient and provider educational endeavors\n\nnecessary for expansion of SoonerCare to the Aged, Blind and\n\nDisabled and Title XXI populations.\n\nB.
