The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall seek any necessary\n\nfederal approval to provide coverage for nutrition supports under\n\nthe state Medicaid program for the purpose of implementing Food is\n\nMedicine programs as provided by this section.\n\nB. Food is Medicine programs shall be designed to improve\n\nhealth outcomes for Medicaid members with nutrition-related chronic\n\ndiseases through nutrition services and to reduce the need for\n\nmedical care.\n\nC. Nutrition services covered under the state Medicaid program\n\nmay include, but are not limited to:\n\n1. Case management;\n\n2. Nutrition counseling;\n\n3. Meals or pantry stocking;\n\n4. Nutrition prescriptions; and\n\n5. Grocery provisions.\n\nD.
