An individual who only provides Medicaid home- and\n\ncommunity-based personal care services, pursuant to a contract with\n\nthe Oklahoma Health Care Authority, shall be exempt from the\n\nprovisions of the Home Care Act, Section 1-1960 et seq. of Title 63\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The Authority, with the assistance of the Aging Services\n\nDivision of the Department of Human Services, shall develop\n\nqualifying criteria that comply with federal standards for personal\n\ncare services under the Medicaid program for persons providing\n\nMedicaid home- and community-based personal care services pursuant\n\nto a contract with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
