Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5015","heading":"Review of state-purchased and state-subsidized health","body":"care programs and regulatory agencies - Report to Legislature.\n\nThe Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall review state-purchased\n\nand state-subsidized health care programs and health care regulatory\n\nagencies, including, but not limited to, medical services within the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Human Services,\n\nthe State Department of Health, the Oklahoma Medical Center, the\n\nState Education and Employees Group Insurance Board, and any other\n\nstate-purchased and state-subsidized health care programs as deemed\n\nappropriate by the administrator, and submit to the Legislature, no\n\nlater than December 1, 1995, an initial report including, but not\n\nlimited to:\n\n1. A description of the respective roles of these programs and\n\nagencies regarding health care cost containment;\n\n2. A plan to increase the combined efficiency of these programs\n\nand agencies to control costs and maintain or improve access to\n\nquality care;\n\n3. Methods to ensure coordination between these programs and\n\nagencies and the Authority;\n\n4. An analysis of the real and potential impacts of cost\n\nshifting; and\n\n5.
