Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5016","heading":"Oklahoma Health Care Authority Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Health Care Authority Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Authority, from any source.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Authority for\n\nany purpose authorized by law.
