Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5017","heading":"Oklahoma Health Care Authority Federal Disallowance Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the \"Oklahoma Health\n\nCare Authority Federal Disallowance Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. It shall\n\nconsist of monies received by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority\n\nwhich, in the opinion of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board,\n\nmay be subject to federal disallowances and interest which may\n\naccrue on said receipts. All monies accruing to the credit of said\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority at the discretion of the Oklahoma\n\nHealth Care Authority Board for eventual settlement of the\n\nappropriate pending disallowances. Expenditures from said fund\n\nshall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against\n\nclaims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nThe Administrator of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority may\n\nrequest the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices to transfer monies between the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority Federal Disallowance Fund and any other fund of the\n\nauthority, as needed for the expenditure of funds.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0d446de1b03e6f7f6064dea0b3504fff61c80dba304ef37a3bcc079e15ba7308","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5016","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5018"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
