Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5020","heading":"Oklahoma Health Care Authority Medicaid Program Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the \"Oklahoma Health\n\nCare Authority Medicaid Program Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority at\n\nthe discretion of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nThe Administrator of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority may\n\nrequest the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices to transfer monies between the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority Medicaid Program Fund and any other fund of the Authority,\n\nas needed for the expenditure of funds.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"28e6d3385d46c94e41cb23fa27f809908da73bfc330ecf8e1d87a842f65bc377","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5018.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-5020a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
