The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, with assistance from the\n\nDepartment of Human Services and the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services, shall initiate a request for information\n\nfor care coordination models for newborns through children eighteen\n\n(18) years of age in the custody of the Department of Human\n\nServices.\n\nB. Any request for information shall require consideration of\n\nand incorporate efforts to continue the implementation of relevant\n\ninitiatives as provided by the Master Settlement Agreement\n\n(\"Pinnacle Plan\") and administered by the Department of Human\n\nServices.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, with assistance from the\n\nDepartment of Human Services and the Department of Mental Health and\n\nSubstance Abuse Services, shall provide a summary of the request for\n\ninformation responses to the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma\n\nState Senate, the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives\n\nand the Governor on or before January 1, 2018.\n\nD.
