The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall coordinate\n\nwith domestic violence sexual assault programs certified\n\nby the Office of the Attorney General who provide\n\ncounseling services for victims of domestic violence to\n\nensure that any information relating to billing or\n\nexplanation of benefits (EOB) provided, maintained,\n\nmonitored or otherwise handled by the Authority or any\n\nother state agency including, but not limited to, services\n\nrendered by such facilities, is not sent by paper mail to the\n\nactual physical address of persons receiving such services.\n\nB.
