Stat. tit. 63, § 63-5051.4","heading":"Coverage under Medicaid Program Reform Act of 2003 -","body":"Enrollment fee and/or premium.\n\nThe Oklahoma Health Care Authority is hereby authorized to\n\ncharge an enrollment fee and/or premium for the provision of health\n\ncare coverage under the Oklahoma Medicaid Program Reform Act of\n\n2003. Such charges, if unpaid, create a debt to the state and are\n\nsubject to recovery by the Authority by any legal action against an\n\nenrollee, the heirs or next of kin of the enrollee in the event of\n\nthe death of the enrollee.
