The Oklahoma Health Care Authority may administer\n\nadministrative sanctions to Medicaid recipients who abuse the state\n\nMedicaid program.\n\nB. Administrative sanctions shall not be administered by the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority until notice and hearing have been\n\nprovided to the Medicaid recipient.\n\nC.
