There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the\n\n\"I/T/U Shared Savings Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Authority pursuant to this act\n\nand otherwise specified or authorized by law.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Authority to\n\nincrease Medicaid provider rates, unless otherwise provided by law.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB. An annual report shall be prepared by the Authority's Chief\n\nFinancial Officer and shall be submitted to the Governor, the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives no later than thirty (30) days following the end of\n\neach State Fiscal Year. The annual report shall account for:\n\n1. The savings realized by the Authority as a result of the\n\nI/T/U Shared Savings Program;\n\n2. The administrative costs incurred by the Authority as a\n\nresult of the I/T/U Shared Savings Program;\n\n3. The monies distributed to participating I/T/U facilities as\n\na result of I/T/U Shared Savings Program including, but not limited\n\nto, a summary of all specific distributions;\n\n4. The balance of savings realized by the Authority as a result\n\nof the I/T/U Shared Savings Program and accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund after payment of administrative costs and distributions to\n\nparticipating I/T/U facilities; and\n\n5.
