Whenever the public safety authority or other state or local\n\ngovernment agency learns of a case of a reportable illness or health\n\ncondition, an unusual cluster, or a suspicious event that may be the\n\ncause of a catastrophic health emergency, it shall immediately\n\nnotify the public health authority.\n\nB. Whenever the public health authority learns of a case of a\n\nreportable illness or health condition, an unusual cluster, or a\n\nsuspicious event that it reasonably believes has the potential to be\n\ncaused by terrorism, it shall immediately notify the public safety\n\nauthority, tribal authorities, and federal health and public safety\n\nauthorities.\n\nC.
