Stat. tit. 63, § 63-6504","heading":"Civil proceedings relating to destruction of property","body":"To the extent practicable consistent with the protection of\n\npublic health, prior to the destruction of any property under the\n\nCatastrophic Health Emergency Powers Act, the public health\n\nauthority shall institute appropriate civil proceedings against the\n\nproperty to be destroyed in accordance with the existing laws and\n\nrules of the courts of this state or any such rules that may be\n\ndeveloped by the courts for use during a state of catastrophic\n\nhealth emergency.
