Stat. tit. 63, § 63-6801","heading":"Enforcement of provisions of act – Rules – Fines and","body":"penalties – Orders and other remedies.\n\nThe public health authority and other affected agencies are\n\nauthorized to promulgate and implement rules as are reasonable and\n\nnecessary to implement and effectuate the provisions of the\n\nCatastrophic Health Emergency Powers Act.
