The Director of each local organization for emergency\n\nmanagement may, in collaboration with other public and private\n\nagencies within this state, develop or cause to be developed mutual\n\naid arrangements for reciprocal emergency management aid and\n\nassistance in case of disaster too great to be dealt with\n\nunassisted. Such arrangements shall be consistent with the state\n\nemergency management plan and program, and in time of emergency it\n\nshall be the duty of each local organization for emergency\n\nmanagement to render assistance in accordance with the provisions of\n\nsuch mutual aid arrangements.\n\nB.
