The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM) may\n\nrequest the Attorney General to institute a civil action for relief,\n\nincluding a permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order or\n\nany other appropriate order in the appropriate district court,\n\nwhenever any person:\n\n1. Violates or fails or refuses to comply with any order or\n\ndecision issued by the OEM;\n\n2. Interferes with, hinders or delays the OEM in carrying out\n\nits duties and responsibilities;\n\n3. Refuses to admit authorized representatives of the OEM;\n\n4. Refuses to permit inspection by authorized representatives\n\nof the OEM;\n\n5. Refuses to furnish any information or report requested by\n\nthe OEM to accomplish its duties and responsibilities;\n\n6. Refuses to permit access to, or copying of, such records as\n\nthe OEM determines necessary to accomplish its duties and\n\nresponsibilities.\n\nB. The court shall have jurisdiction to provide such relief as\n\nmay be appropriate. Any relief granted by the court to enforce an\n\norder under subsection A of this section shall continue in effect\n\nuntil the completion or final termination of all proceedings for\n\nreview of such order is made, unless the district court granting\n\nsuch relief sets it aside or modifies it.\n\nC. Any person willfully violating any rule, regulation or order\n\nof the OEM shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon\n\nconviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment in the county jail\n\nfor not more than six (6) months, or by a fine of not more than\n\nThree Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), or both. Each day of violation\n\nshall constitute a separate offense.\n\nD.
